Booking conditions of cottages
Conditions applicable for any reservation regardless of the booking method.
The rental conditions of our cottages are detailed in our general rental conditions.
- Rental rates of cottages are set for one week (except for the weekend price which is for two days).
- They include water, electricity, heating and sheets. They do not include the tourist tax.
- The electricity required for the heated swimming pool of the cottage La Citadelle is not included. The amount will be calculated on the basis of actual consumption, which depends on the outside temperature and the desired water temperature.
- Towels and linen kits are available for rent on site.
- The reservation is effective only after the confirmation has been sent by the Domaine de Malouziès.
- A deposit of 25% is required upon booking. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before arrival in the cottage.
- The reservation is guaranteed when the deposit has been received.
- In the case of a late booking, less than 6 weeks before arrival, the total amount of the stay must be paid upon booking.
- A deposit of 500€ for the cottage La Citadelle and 250€ for other cottages will be requested upon arrival.
It is refundable after establishment of the outgoing inventory of fixtures and deduction made of the possible cost of restoration of the premises. - The rental starts on saturday at 16:00 and ends the following saturday at 10:00.
- The cottage must be returned in the state of cleanliness in which you found it. A cleaning service is proposed.
- All on-site payments can be made by cash, check or credit card.
